Which languages does the team speak?
English and Hindi. All enquiry replies, quotes and trip documents are in English.
Can I visit your office in Jaipur?
Yes — by appointment. We are a Jaipur-based operator (working since 2010) and we share the exact office address once a booking is being confirmed. In practice, almost all planning happens over WhatsApp and email, so you never need to visit to book.
Do I have to pay anything to enquire or get a quote?
No. Enquiries and quotes are completely free with no obligation. For taxi and cab bookings you pay after the trip. For multi-day tour packages we take a 30% advance and the balance is paid during the trip.
