Pushkar is 145 km from Jaipur but feels a world away — one sacred lake, the rare Brahma Temple, 52 ghats and a bazaar that has been selling rose garlands and silver since before the highways existed. The drive is NH48 to Ajmer, then the short, scenic Nag Pahar (Snake Mountain) pass down into the valley.
Day trip or overnight?
A same-day round trip (₹2,999 by sedan) covers the Brahma Temple, an hour at the ghats and a lazy café lunch. But Pushkar rewards an overnight — sunset from Savitri Temple hill, morning aarti at the lake, and the town before the day-trippers arrive. One-way drop + later pickup works out well for that; ask us for both fares.

We run daily cars all through the mela (Oct–Nov). Book 1–2 weeks ahead, leave Jaipur by 6 AM, and expect a 10-minute walk from the parking perimeter into the fairground.
